The Model
Due to community demand, both nationally and internationally, dal has recognised a need and obligation to develop the model to share with the wider community.
The model is aimed at providing direction and support for people who wish to set up similar business services to dal. Whilst our expertise is in hospitality we believe the dal model can be applied to other business ventures.
This model (and its related professional development day) forms part of a package. These may be used separately or in combination with the other components.
Consultancy and mentoring is available, as is work placement for key personnel who wish to experience the dal model first hand.
The model and the training package are also supported by audio-visual materials providing an insight into how Choice, Community, Training and Transition are woven into the fabric that is dal!
